What if they decline the challenge
If your chosen recipient decides they would prefer not to participate in the challenge, then not to worry – just get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will refund you the cost of the challenge. Please note, only those who purchased the challenge can request a refund.
How do I get a refund?
Email us at [email protected] and our wonderful team will organise this for you.
How will my chosen recipient know I bought them a challenge?
Once you've paid for your chosen challenge and entered your recipient's name and email address, we'll send them an email to notify them that you have gifted them a challenge.
This email will contain their invitation to join the challenge, and as soon as they accept we will get them set up for their chosen start date.
Once we have confirmed your purchase of the gift, feel free to get in touch with your friend and let them know that they can expect an email from us, and to check their junk and spam folders.
This would be a good opportunity for them to add [email protected] to their safe sender list.
