What if they decline the challenge
If your chosen accountability partner decides they would prefer not to participate in the challenge, then not to worry – just get in touch with us at [email protected] within 14-days of your purchase and we will refund you the cost of your partner’s challenge. Please note, only those who purchased the challenge can request a refund.
How do I get a refund?

Can I wait and purchase in Jan?
This promotion is only valid until December 31st 2020. If you've got your accountability partner ready to go with you, we would recommend buying your Better Together membership now and setting your individual start dates for January.
If you do decide to delay your purchase until after December 31st, you can both sign up individually here.
What if we want two separate start dates?
You don't need to start your challenge on the same day! Whoever is the purchasing the challenges will have the option to set their chosen start date at the checkout. The 2nd membership will receive an email with a link to a signup form where you will be able to set your chosen start date.
