Change your relationship with alcohol and watch your whole world change.

Discover why One Year No Beer is the leading habit changing programme with a 95% success rate*

The key difference between our challenges and just “stopping drinking” is that we teach you to have a mindset shift. We help break down the habits associated with drinking, the same habits that can help change multiple areas of your life.

Become the most productive, present and healthiest version of yourself just by making one change.

 * As part of our 90 day completion survey, 95% of respondents said that they had changed their relationship with alcohol regardless of whether they achieved 90 days or not

About Suzanne

Suzanne Shaw is a singer, actress and TV personality whose big break came when she auditioned for the ITV show Popstars – subsequently winning a place in the newly-formed pop band Hear’say.
After the bands split, Suzanne returned to her roots in theatre and television. Appearing as a leading lady in numerous West End shows such as Chicago and The Rocky Horror Show, plus winning 2008 series of Dancing On Ice, and presenting on This Morning and Loose Women.
However, in recent years Suzanne has taken a step back from the entertainment industry after struggling with her mental health. She had often leaned on alcohol to help alleviate some of the stress and anxiety she was feeling, but this led to her feeling frustrated with her relationship with alcohol.

Suzanne decided it was time to make some much needed lifestyle changes. After speaking to a friend who had completed one of the OYNB challenges, Suzanne made the decision to try out the 365-Day Challenge for herself.
Nearly nine months later on her alcohol free journey and Suzanne’s life has changed on every level for the better. She has become an avid runner and is getting set to do her first marathon this year. She has gone back into education and is taking a diploma in mindful nutrition.
As she sets off on her new career path in wellness and motivation, Suzanne is excited to be launching ‘The Shaw Happy Plan’ and working as an ambassador with One Year No Beer.

“In recent years I have taken a step back from the entertainment industry after struggling with my mental health, hoping my anxiety and depression would improve being away from the spotlight. Unfortunately it didn’t and instead some bad lifestyle habits crept in and I would use alcohol to try and alleviate my worries and stress.

After having some turbulent times and becoming frustrated with my relationship with alcohol, I decided it was time to make some much needed lifestyle changes. In November last year I decided to go plant- based and became vegan and after speaking to a friend who had done the One Year No Beer programme, I made the decision to do their 365 day challenge which I kick started on the 4th January 2020 and haven't looked back since.”
